Password Management

Password Management Options
Change Password

If you know your password and would like to change it, use this option.

Expired Password

If you have received a notice from Information Technology stating that your current password has expired, use this option.

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, use this option. Enrollment into password management is required to use this option.

Enroll in Password Management

Enrolling in password management allows you to access a 24/7 self-service password reset. By answering a customized set of questions, you can reset your password from this site at any time or location.

Enrollment in password management is a quick and easy process. Simply choose three "security" questions and provide your answers. Once your security questions have been setup, you will be able access the password management tool to reset your password without assistance from IT.

2FA Enrollment

All UNG students will be enrolled in 2FA during the Spring 2020 semester. Opt-in now to take advantage of this service to protect your data.
